concerned

warranty process is terrible. they do not ship compressor to vendors. popular compressor has not been available for 2 weeks. still on back order. lack of interest from counter people to help figure out a solution to my problem. have heard from many of our vendors and competitors that dealing with winfeid supply is not worth the effort. its not that i dont like winfield i would love to see some improvements so i dont have to decline warranty repair on the numerous customers in our area that currently have coleman equipment in there homes.
